Sautéed Cod with Veggies

Cod is a lean source of protein and contains a good deal of nutrients, including Vitamin B12, selenium, phosphorus and more. Besides, it is a highly beneficial fish for all blood types. In particular, it helps to prevent cancer and diabetes among Type O, B and AB individuals. If your blood type is A, it is also a great food to supplement your protein intake if you eat a mainly vegetarian diet (which is recommended for your blood type). I recommend everyone to eat cod regularly.

Besides cod, all the other ingredients are fine for all blood types, with the exception that bell pepper is an avoid for Type A. The garlic, ginger, shallot and onion flakes create such an amazing aroma that even if you are remotely weary of fishy smell, once you have tried this, you will fall in love with fish!

In this recipe, I will show you how to cook cod with the simple sautée method. To make variations for the dish, simply change the vegetables and spices. You can also choose your own sauce by using different liquids to customize the dish to your own taste.
