Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, and I’d like to share with you some ideas for a homemade romantic meal.
Whether you have a partner to celebrate it with or not, why not create a hearty dish instead of going to a restaurant? You can make a much healthier dinner using the same amount of money and create your own romantic rendez-vous at home ;-).
What’s more important is that what you put into your mouth goes into nourishing your body. To me, that’s one of the highest forms of self-love.
This recipe can be enjoyed by Types O and B, with beef and bison particularly beneficial for Type O, and lamb being beneficial to Type B and O.
