The temperatures have dropped drastically and the days are getting shorter by the day. One of my favorite things to do, despite the dreadful weather, is to put on a stew and let it simmer. The wait for it to be ready can be as exciting and fulfilling as the dinner itself!
This is a perfect stew for Type Os, with grass-fed beef (with bones and marrow), sweet potatoes, carrot, ginger, turmeric, onion, and tomato. For seasoning, I added paprika powder, pink salt, cardamom pods and bay leaves. If you like, you can also add parsnip and beetroot to the mix as these are beneficial and neutral for Type O, respectively.
At the end of the cooking, I added a bit of lemon juice to extract minerals from the bones, then added a bit of Swiss chard to incorporate some leafy greens into the meal.
Type B and AB can use lamb meat, which is highly beneficial, and Type A can consider using turkey thighs or tofu for protein source.
Bon appétit! 😋
