Methyl 12 Plus (Vitamin B12)

Methyl 12 Plus blends together two biologically ‘active’ forms of vitamins B12 which contains both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin to maximize absorption and utilization. It helps support a healthy nervous system, a healthy metabolic function and energy production as well as aids in blood cell production. In addition, it helps optimize your body’s methylation capabilities–very helpful to those who are Non-secretors. It may also help to regulate sleep patterns (especially if you take it at bed time).

This supplement also contains naturally occurring Vitamin B9 (folate). It does not contain the synthetic form of B9, often refered to as folic acid.

Note that this Vitamin B12 supplement does not contain cyanocobalamin. Instead, it contains methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, which make the vitamin highly bio-available.
