Or, you have heard that the keto diet can help you lose weight quick and make you feel phenomenal. But you just feel disgusted having to gulp down so much fat and meat. No way! Your digestive system just can’t handle it.

These are just two of the most popular diets out there. Their approaches are the polar opposites, yet each claims to be the ultimate way to weight loss and brilliant health. And then there are thousands of different diets in between. Who is right? Who is wrong? You have tried a mishmash of them, and don’t know anymore. You are overwhelmed with all kinds of Superfoods and feel exasperated, not to mention having spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on foods that are supposed to be good for you.
