"Eat Right Chef" LouisaHi everyone! This is Eat Right Chef Louisa.

I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Health Chef. I show you how to tweak your diet based on your unique body type so you can achieve the brilliant health and well-being that you have desired.

My health-coaching and personal chef services have helped clients recover from chronic digestive disorders that they had not been able to heal with conventional medicine for years, such as acid reflux and ulcerative colitis. I also specialize in helping people transition from the vegan diet if they experience negative health effects from it.

Over the past decade, I have been practicing a way of eating and living based on my blood type and genetic attributes. The result is that I have not felt as energetic, youthful and healthy since I was a teenager! I no longer struggle with weight fluctuations—a life-long issue—and I have been able to stay in good shape without too much effort.

My goal is to help people achieve what I have achieved—enjoying maximum health, vitality and happiness—by teaching and coaching people on the kind of healthy eating and lifestyle based on “tried-and-tested” formulas resulting from my personal health journey.

The Back Story

In 2009, I was diagnosed with huge uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, and I started looking for natural ways to heal my body. During the process, I found many wonderful tricks and secrets. But I also stumbled many times while I experimented with different kinds of diet, including the vegan diet.

Topping the list of the healing methods I found to be very useful is the “Blood Type Diet,” which I started to follow in 2009. Since then, I have been healed from a myriad of ailments, many of which have bothered me since childhood—all kinds of digestive problems, cold sores, severe seasonal allergies, headaches, PMS, excess mucus, frequent colds and flus—the list goes on. I hope that my website will provide some inspiration and guidance to those of you who are struggling with similar health issues but are determined to improve your health and well-being through natural ways.

The reason why I have relied on the Blood Type Diet (which later developed into an even more personalized approach based on epigenetics principle) to support my physical health is simple. While “we are all one,” the human race does embrace a variety of different genetic attributes, including blood type and ethnicity. As a result, no one diet can address the specific needs of all individuals. One man’s food is another poison. This age-old adage is not only figurative but literally true! Eating according to your specific type helps you avoid the “poisons” that contribute to weight gain, mood instability, brain fog, lower immunity and higher chances for chronic diseases. Instead, it helps you boost your immune system, adjust your weight to what is optimum for your unique body, increase your vitality and longevity, plus a lot more. As a bonus, if you eat only what’s good for you, you will naturally not be wasting money on “edible poisons,” so it will help you save money too!

All the dishes I cook and share here are anti-inflammatory. Systemic inflammation is a major contributor to chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, allergies and auto-immune diseases. When you have learned how to cook and eat this way, you will stand a much greater chance of preventing lifestyle-based chronic diseases.

My services have now expanded to include functional movement workshops and fitness classes. I was certified as a Postural Alignment Specialists in 2009, and a Barre Fitness Instructor in 2020. As an adult ballet dancer for over 14 years, I am passionate about graceful movement as well as injury prevention/rehabilitation.
