Stir-fried Vegetables with Grassfed Beef

This recipe shows you how to make a stir-fry within a family with different blood types. Since Types A and AB should avoid beef, I have made the beef optional in this recipe. Grassfed beef is beneficial for Type O and neutral for Type B, so if you have either or both types in your family, add it to your dish and enjoy!
