Ramen noodles are darlings of anyone who don’t have a lot of time or kitchen space to cook with. You might remember late nights studying in the dorm and curing your hunger pangs with instant ramen noodles. Personally, I have nightmares just thinking about them because once upon a time, when I was jobless, I ate them every single day for an entire year. The list of health damages I suffered from will be too long to list here.
Well, the good news is, nowadays we have the option of wheat-free ramen noodles that aren’t covered with wax and you can add whole food and organic spices to them to make a healthy version. And this still only takes a few minutes while taking up minimum kitchen space. I’m happy to have found this organic millet and brown rice ramen noodles online as well as on my local grocery store’s organic products rack. The texture is amazingly similar to those crappy instant noodles but actually tastes even better when coupled with homemade spices and ingredients.
